Pennine's service management begins at 'hello.' That's it. It doesn't end. Not until our calibration, replacement or repair is completed to your satisfaction. And just what does service management mean? For starters we'll pick up your equipment, provide the service and bring it back. We'll do our best to complete your calibrations within 5 working days and let you know why if we can't. We'll host your calibration certificates, if need be, and even work with you on suitable billing arrangements. It means we'll do everything in our power to see that your needs are met on the dot. And on the money.
